Meals

Breakfast is served at 09:00 and the main meal is served at 03:00 pm. You are welcome to bring your own personal snacks and beverages.

Bathrooms

Each studio casita features a full private bath. Water is heated with a tankless heater. To get hotter water try decreasing the flow. For the toilet, please flush solid waste promptly, and flush paper products regularly to prevent potential blockages. Rest assured that water is never wasted here.

Privacy

The studio casitas are designed for maximum privacy, in spite of the floor-to-ceiling windows.

To ensure maintenance and service understands that your studio casita is occupied, please remember to latch the gate into your private garden.

Lighting

• Gallery: light switch on the wall to the left of the gallery entrance

• Studio casitas: the switch for the bright work lights is located by the entrance. Soft lighting is provided by colored glass lamps with their individual switches.

• Flashlights: rechargeable flash lights are provided in each studio casita. Brief power outages are not uncommon.

Ceiling fans

Either outside the bathroom or next to the entrance of each studio are the on/off dials for the celling fans. The speed is best adjusted with a quick-turn to full speed, followed by immediately decreasing the speed by turn the dial left. These fans are not always precise, thanks for your understanding.

Surge protectors

​The entire property is protected from electrical surges, however, we highly recommend using the provided surge protector for additional assurance.

Pedestrian gate to street

​The code to enter is 7879#. Please be sure that the latch on the gate aligns for automatic closure to lock the gate is activated.
